Returns
All items are custom made to your specifications, therefore we do not allow refunds or exchanges. However, if there is an error in our product, please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the situation.

Shipping
Since all items are custom made, we need 10-15 business days to complete your order before shipping it out. If you need something more quickly, please contact us and we will let you know if we can get your order done more quickly.
We offer 5 shipping methods, US First Class, US Priority, Canada Air Letter Post, Global Priority Mail, and International Air Letter Post. Other delivery methods are available upon request and for an additional charge.
